Duplicate Credit Card transactions
On Wednesday 29 August 2018, First Data Merchant Solutions (FDMS) experienced a technical issue which has caused some of our customers to be charged twice for a single transaction.
FDMS is now investigating this issue as a matter of urgency.
We would like to assure our customers the duplicated charges will be refunded shortly.
