Let the dipping begin! Starting on 08 Aug 2018, we are serving our home-made cold noodles along the signature piping hot pork broth. Dip your noodles in the soup and don’t forget to slurp loudly as you enjoy this summer ramen perfection!

Tsuke-men -Dipping noodles-
Once boiled to perfection, we wash our home-made, thick noodles under and ice-cold water to give them an incredibly smooth texture and a firm bite.
We serve the Tsuke-men with our signature pork broth. The coldness of the noodles combined with piping hot soup will give your tastebuds a surprising thrill.
Dip the noodles into the soup and do not forget to slurp(Zuzutto!) loudly while enjoying an explosion of texture and flavors!
