Yokohama ramen takes its name from the eponym city, close to Tokyo.
Also called Iekei ramen, it first appeared in the mid 70s and is characterised by its mix of pork, chicken and soy flavours.
Now available in London (Only Central Saint Giles and Villiers) and Paris(Only Saint-Germain and Louvre)
