The all time favourite dipping noodle style ramen is back! Thick, chilled noodles served along piping hot broth. Topped with pork belly chashu, half nitamago, bamboo shoots, seaweed, spring onions, and tenkasu. Add lemon and yuzu-flavoured pepper paste to discover a new depth of umami.
